Hi Ray, I have heard some suggest that static magnetic fields may actually be good for curing all sorts of ailments. But then again, those making the claims also sell therapeutic magnets :-/ If you're concerned about measured frequency, then you're probably also referring to changing magnetic fields. One research institution I know that has published some reports on EM effects particularly with pacemakers is the University of Oklahoma.
