Hello to everybody: I have a doubt regarding the color code for ground cables according EN60204-1 (for CE mark):
In the norm is stated that all protective earth wires MUST be yellow green. Now my question is the following: What color must be cables that are connected to ground because they need to be referenced to ground, but are NOT protective earth wires? (ex: secondary of a transformer,...that´s what I think is called functional equipotential conections ) According to the norm seems that they still need to be yellow-green, but one guy from TUV told me that these wires MUST NOT be yellow-green (they could be any different color except yellow-green). I appreciate your comments, and advises of were to find this information. Thanks. --------- This message is coming from the emc-pstc discussion list.
