E7401A rules. I have been using one for 2 weeks now and it is loaded. Inbuilt pre-amp (20dB), inbuilt tracking generator, and the coolest part is the automatic ambient cancellation routine. You scan ambients; you scan EUT + ambients; boom, the subtraction takes place and you get you EUT list, fast. You, ofcourse, zoom in and recheck the EUT signals. Has a pseudo-Windows (not the real one) graphical user interface and a serial port (instead of GPIB). I cannot make my PC to see the SA using the serial port but am still working on it. So, I would say E7401A represents a quantum leap in the annals of EMI measurements.
