The voltage probe is an acceptable measurement method but is usually used only for very high current situations where a LISN is not available. Dont forget you lose the 50 ohm terminating impedance of the LISN when using the probe so the readings may not correlate to LISN measurements. The probe also has a very high correction factor that you have to deal with.
