Carlos, I doubt that the CE marking will carry much weight in Mexico. Most products with CE markings are 230V, while no 120V products would normally bear this mark. EN's (European Norms) don't mean much in North/South America.
Mexico uses 120V or 127V. UL and/or CSA Test Reports may help in obtaining Mexico's NOM/NYCE approval. Mexico's safety requirements are virtually the same as IEC 60950 (with A1-A4), so if your product meets IEC60950/EN60950, or UL/CSA equivalents, it should be acceptable.
