FYI: An article regarding the use of conductive coatings in plastic enclosures appears in this year's (1999) edition of ITEM (http://www.rbitem.com): "Performance characteristics of conductive coatings for EMI control", Brian Jackson and Thomas Bleeks, p. 125, 137-146. Emphasis is on EMI application, but they do go into mechanical and durability issues.
