Hello all: We are reviewing the probability of purchasing a surge generator to do in house compliance testing to the EN 61000-4-5 standard plus up to 6KV for some customer specific requirements.
We have quotes from most of the major players and the equipment ranges from very basic cost effective EN 61000-4-5 testers that go up to 2.2 KV to more Test lab orientated ungradable equipment. Questions: 1. Does anyone have any advice they would like to give in the implementation of this test? 2 .
