We are completely missing the point.

We need to consider that the Scottish cows have a thick coat that would 
insulate them, vs our domestic cows that have little coat, but a thick hide 
which is also insulation material. Leave us not forget the Texas longhorn, 
that can't get close enough to the fence (as if any texan would actually 
fence one in).
