Since I haven't seen anyone else reply, I'll recommend a company we've bought from, though as they're in the UK the recommendation might not be too helpful. Peppers Cable Glands (www.peppers.co.uk) do hundreds of adaptors/reducers as well as glands, stoppers and various accessories. They come in brass, stainless, nylon, plated mild steel and aluminium... they have (European) approvals for use in hazardous areas as well. Their catalogue seems to have just about every metric, imperial and PG thread size listed - in particular there's a "male thread 3/4" pipe" to "female thread 1/2" pipe" reducer for instance. Might be worth getting in touch, even if they can't help someone in Ohio directly they may know of a States side company in the same business.
