The third TCB training seminar is scheduled for October 9-11, 2000 in Baltimore, Maryland. My colleague attended the last TCB training from H&H Enterprises and really thought it was money well spent. Don Heirman and Bill Hurst did a great job in elucidating some of the more obscure FCC provisions. This time should be exciting since the new RF exposure requirements came into effect on Sep 1, 2000.
