According to EN 50116, sub-clause 5.1:
"The test shall be carried out... for
the time required to obtain a meaningful
reading..."
EN50116 applies to Information Technology
Equipment, EN 60950
Under EN 50116, the test is done with a
high-current source, so that the reading
may change until temperature stability is
achieved.
