ICNIRP has revised the limits of exposure for wavelengths between 400 nm and
1.4 um. The new limits are published in Health Physics, Vol. 79, No. 4,
October 2000, pp. 431-440. I did not find this document posted on the ICNIRP
web site.
Please don't ask for any more details, since this is not my area of
expertise. Just passing this information along.
