Finding the FCC announcement of TCB appointments on their web site
is not
        straightforward, but it is there.

        - go to the site (www.fcc.gov)
        - click on the search function
        - select "FCC Word Search Tool"
        - enter in "Telecommunication Certification Body" in the search
request
        field & submit
        - ~2/3 of the way down the resulting list you will find the
document:

                da001223.txt (summary)

This includes the full text of the announcement by the FCC.
