The E-mail list server is automatically reformatting messages to fit a
fixed width.  The link URL is being split between two lines.  If you click
on a link, your browser will miss the last few characters that the list
server moved to the next line.  If you manually add the missing characters
to the URL in you Web browser's address bar, the correct link will appear.

For example, for the first link, you will need to manually add the text
"23.txt" to get the link to appear.
