I think ENV 50141 was the only approved standard (of this type) available in March 1995 (when EN 50082-2:1995 was published).
EN 50082-2 is being replaced by EN 61000-6-2:1999 (DOP 2000-1-1, DOW 2002-4-1). Although I don't have a copy, I assume it references the newer EN61000-4-6 test standard. I don't know about the differences between ENV 50141 and EN 61000-4-6.
