The following website http://www.panelcomponents.com/guide.htm shows Laos as 220V, 50Hz, with three plug types, i.e. two blade U.S. (unpolarized), three pin U.S. and two pin Euro. Types shown are consistent with an old Feller catalog. You may need to confirm the most used with someone there.
