For CE LVD: The main earth point should be marked with the circled upside down tree. Only one such symbol should appear on your product. This is your main earth bond point.
Any other points you wish to mark as earth should be marked with the uncircled variety of the upside down tree. Refer EN 60065 for symbol - tree is not solid but formed with horizontal lines of decreasing length.
