Are you saying that Argentina follows the FCC rules?  Or do they re-write
them with their own standards numbering scheme?  Do you have a point of
contact?

      I know that Argentina has In Country testing requirements for CFR 47
Part 15 Subpart C Intentional radiators.  
     As for an AMPS/PCS phone which is I guess a Part 22 or Part 90 device
it would probably also require an in country approval but I am not sure.

Does anyone know the EMC requirements for Argentina? The EUT is an AMPS/PCS
phone.
The kit will also contain accessories: charger, etc.
