Transfer of EMC CertificationHave to agree with what everyone else is saying.
The only thing I had to make certain of during transfer of names on documents in complete OEM agreements (OEMs who wanted no mention of another company) was the safety factory inspection agreements. Interestingly though, the internal procedures of some labs may require you to retest maybe the emissions testing.
