I agree that Solar radiation will need to be reassessed but don't forget EMISSIVITY for indoor and outdoor equipment. One of my first engineering jobs was involved changing the finish from Dark to Light Grey Paint on a Head Up display - and that a mighty big spanner through the thermal work that I had just completed.
