Dave, 1. Your client must have a presence in Australia. 2. Your client must apply in order to sell your product, you cannot. 3. Provide your client with the applicable certs and documents for their assessment, since they are now responsible for compliance. 4. If you decide to apply the C-tick mark at your location it must reflect your client's authorization number (usually alpha-numeric). 5. This will complicate things, the authorization number is specific to your original client, so, legally you can not ship the c-ticked mark product with the original client's authorization number to other clients, it is now a custom product.
