CONDUCTED NOISE 2kHz-20 kHz STANDARDS

Dear Group:

We have a problem with a machine tool (a CNC milling machine) with Power Supply DRIVER SIMODRIVE 611 of SIEMENS (37 KW), the machine includes an EMC filter.

The problem is the following, whenever the machine is running we measured with a Spectrum analyser the conducted noise and realized it increase significantly in the range of low frequencies (2kHz-20 kHz).

1) Does anyone know if there is a European Standard (or national standard), which limits the level of conducted noise in these range of frequencies (2 kHz.20 kHz) ? (I am used to work with EMC EN55011,....were all these standards start at 150 kHz, however do not mention anything about lower frequencies.
Also if we talke about the harmonics usually stop at the 40th harmonic (2kHz), so is there a gap of frequencies?).

2) How these range of frequencies could be filtered ? (standard EMC filters start usually at 100 kHz, and Harmonic filters are just for that, "harmonics")
