If CISPR24/EN55024 expects the SPL from loudspeakers to be measured, It
had better specify EXACTLY how it is to be done. This is a very
specialised area of technology, and errors could exceed 10 dB in
unskilled hands.

I don't have EN55024, but I will take this matter up in a place where it
will receive attention.
