True.
But it seems a big leap to suggest that because Mr. Maxwell feels that
the GPSD does not apply to his product, then that gives him cart blanche to
turn out unsafe products. That would seem to be the basis of his defence in the
above case.
Lets hope that this discussion, and others on the forum, help to make
sure that we all only have to worry about hypothetical court cases.
