Paolo, You need a mini hub with 10Base2 and 10BaseT connections. A balun will not work because 10BastT is a 4-wire connection (T1, T2 R1, R2) whereas 10Base2 is a 2-wire connection. Also 10b2 supports daisy chain but 10bT is point-to-point.
What kinds of EMC problems are you having with 10b2? Emissions or immunity?
