John: That site is a somewhat "quirky" reference. The Google search engine hit that page, and just what was listed on the page was enough for me to use it as a pointer for Hjalmar. If you look at the host domain:
http://liun.hektik.org/ you find that it's the "Long Island Underground Network", and then follow the "hightech" link: http://liun.hektik.org/hightech/ and you can find all kinds of dubious information on Tesla rays, cross-field antennas, ghost detectors, spirit communication and projected energy weapons. Uhh, it's not exactly a hard-core engineering site! Links on such sites tend to be very ephemeral. <grin> Regards, Ed Ed Price [email protected] Electromagnetic Compatibility Lab Cubic Defense Systems San Diego, CA USA 858-505-2780 (Voice) 858-505-1583 (Fax) Military & Avionics EMC Services Is Our Specialty Shake-Bake-Shock - Metrology - Reliability Analysis >-----Original Message----- >From: Allen, John [mailto:[email protected]] >Sent: Wednesday, May 30, 2001 12:15 AM >To: Price, Ed; 'Hjálmar Árnason'; [email protected] >Subject: RE: HERP / HERF > > >Folks > >Unless someone can tell me where I have gone wrong, the first >of Ed's URL's >(liun.hektik) seems to be a dead-end as all I get are lost links. > >John Allen. > >-----Original Message----- >From: Price, Ed [mailto:[email protected]] >Sent: 29 May 2001 16:23 >To: 'Hjálmar Árnason'; [email protected] >Subject: RE: HERP / HERF > > > >Hjalmar: > >Google > >http://www.google.com > >got 13,100 hits searching on HERF -cigar -hereford (High >Energy RF; fuel is >mentioned at only a couple of sites, this may take a bit of reading!). > >Try: > >http://liun.hektik.org/hightech/herf/58.htm >http://www.dnd.ca/admfincs/subjects/cfao/034-51_e.asp > > >HERP is a lot more selective!
