Mat,
Bookfinder (http://www.bookfinder.com/) shows that North Mountain Books
has a used copy of ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY IN POWER ELECTRONICS
available for $40.

I'd call them immediately, if I were you. (I found my copy through the
Internet in January).

I've bought over $20,000 worth of electronics/math books through the Internet in
the last few years. I've learned that when some booksellers' websites claim
that a book is "available" with several week delivery, that they do not have any
copies themselves. (If they did, they would show the book as "immediately
available".) So, if you order the book from them, they in turn will try to
order it from their distributor(s). In which case, lots of luck! Out of
probably 25 books that I have tried to order this way, I have received only one.
And the book sellers usually take at least two months to get back to you, if
they ever do, to tell you that your order has been cancelled.

So when I see a book listed by both new book sellers and used book sellers, I'll
usually go ahead and order the used copy even if the cost is higher, because
then I have a 99+% chance of actually getting the book.

The best sites that I've found for finding technical books are:
*  http://www.addall.com/
*  http://www.alibris.com/
*  http://www.bestwebbuys.com/books/index.html
*  http://www.bookfinder.com/
*  http://www.half.com/
*  http://www.powells.com/

These bookstores are pretty good for technical books that are still in print:
*  http://www.barnesandnoble.com/
*  http://www.booksamillion.com/
*  http://www.fatbrain.com/
