That's quite a list of countries. As I'm sure you are aware, some are EU, EEA, & EFTA countries whereby the applicable EU directives would likely apply to all of those. Other countries are actually territories of other countries (i.e., Puerto Rico is a US Territory) whereby the territory may be subject to the requirements of the owning (couldn't think of a better word) country. There is an up-to-date on-line resource that might help you in your quest. Select "Download the Regulatory Authorities for 182 Countries in PDF Format" at: http://www.patton-assoc.com This document doesn't give the answers, but it should point you in the right direction for all countries in your list.
