Hi folks Not an EN60320 device - I think this is the 16A European 2-pin plug with dual (French pin in socket + German spring-loaded side) earthing contacts to Standard Sheet VII of the old CEE 7 standard.
This plug is designed to fit almost all Continental European 2-pin sockets, and provides earthing in via the two different routes. Does not fit any British or some Danish, Swiss and Eastern European sockets. Regards John Allen.
