Brent,
You are correct--the 4 star logo was General Semiconductor Industries, Inc's.
They were once part of General Instrument Corporation, but the TransZorb TVS
product line is now part of ST Microelectronics, I believe.
I also went on a search for SO-8 TVS diode arrays back in June,
and I came up with these two suppliers:
ST Microelectronics ESDA25B1
Semtech SMDA05-6
The two parts above are 6 devices per SO-8, and may be close enough
to each other to be second sources.
I also found:
California Micro Devices PACDN046
The CMD device is also 6 devices per SO-8, but the pinout is
different.
Of course, compare the ratings to your application.
