Is there anyone out there who is involved in the development of the above standards in any way?

BSI have told me that they want to charge me GBP300-500 for answers to some pretty straightforward questions about section 32 of the standard. Quite apart from the fact that I've spent about GBP4k with BSI in the last year so I think I'm entitled to a bit of slack, these questions are, in my opinion, the sort of things which the committee secretary or chairman should know the answer to without having do any background work, and for which answers should be provided without any question of charging.

Any suggestions of (1) how to get the information I want without being charged an unreasonable fee for it and/or (2) making the point to BSI that they're out of order would be appreciated.

Even if I don't get any ideas from you all, I feel better for writing this!

Rgds

Nick.
