I support John's comments. I would also add that because the standards do not guarantee error-free or flawless performance, and that immunity is largely a performance issue, a manufacturer with concerns about the immunity performance of his product relative to input voltage may, and should, evaluate that product at various voltage levels to assure the quality of the product. That is the manufacturer's job, not the regulation's. John P.
