Dear people, I need to know if the FCC rules (part 15) applied to the following product : Speaker peripheral connected to a personal computer. This product has its own power supply. It's connected to the PC via the speaker output.
Reading the Bulletin 62, pages 10 and 12, I'm not sure this device can be exempted.
