Never had to do that bulk current injection test (except some NEBS GR-1089 
stuff). Is it with modulated RF, or merely
swept? Keying on and off can be much more severe in its effect than a 
continuous carrier, or a gradual increase and
decrease with sweeping frequencies as cables resonate.
