Try   http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_01/47cfrv1_01.html  From
there you can access Part 2.902, 2.906, and 2.907 which describe each of
those processes.  You should also check out Part 15.101 which provides a
table explaining which process you must follow for all Unlicensed equipment.
There is no such table for Licensed Devices but you can access those rule
parts as well at:
http://www.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/cfrassemble.cgi?title=200147   I hope that
