Sorry, I should have made it clearer that the two lines needed to be made into 
one URL.

Access to both ROHS and WEEE can be obtained by using the alternative URL and 
the process as follows:

www.EurActiv.com

Enter "ROHS" in the search box. This will bring up a list indicating both ROHS 
and WEEE. If you only enter WEEE in the search box, reference to 
ROHS is not shown.

At the bottom of the list is "WEEE Directive (24/10/2002). Click on this 
link.

Under "European Union" is a list with, part way down, links to both ROHS 
and WEEE dated November 2002.
