Can anyone give me the record retention requirements for FCC Part 15, CE-Mark, and C-Tick certifications? How long must we keep the test reports once the product has gone obsolete? I believe this to be 2 years from the last date of manufacture for FCC but can't seem to find the section in the regs. Not sure where to even look for this information within the EMC directive or C-Tick framework. Any suggestions on where this information is located would be helpful.
