I'm starting up the learning curve on NEBS compliance, and am looking for any web resources or articles that would have a management-level primer on the requirements.
All I know is that it covers EMC, safety, and environmental, there are different levels (1, 2, and 3?), and different potential customers disagree on what level we need to have. We need to understand the basic differences between these levels, how much testing is involved for each level, and what the cost might be. Of course we are going to get our hands on the standard(s) and study them, but in the meantime a primer would be very useful. We would also consider seminars if there's something close by the Pacific northwest. Thanks, Jim Eichner, P.Eng.
