Hi Charles, Both the US and China are signatories to the APEC MRA. Unfortunately that doesn't help you. The APEC MRA covers Telecommunications devices, both wireline and wireless. It does not cover Part 15 Subpart B equipment under its umbrella. The US and Taiwan, by separate agreement have extended the MRA to include such devices between US and Taiwan only. The APEC MRA allows signatory economies to enter into the two Phases of the agreement at their own pace, as some countries need to make changes to their Regulatory schemes in order to incorporate the MRA into them, such as the US did a few years ago in changing the FCC Rules to allow for the Telecommunications Certification Body (TCB) process of equipment authorization. China is not yet ready to participate in the APEC MRA, they are currently implementing changes to their equipment authorization process. I hope that this is helpful. Best Regards, Barbara
