Please help! I have a requirement to test a product in accordance with IEEE C37.90.1-1989 "IEEE Standard Surge Withstand Capability (SWC) Tests for Protective Relays and Relay Systems".
Basically it is a Fast Burst Transient Test & a oscillatory wave test.
