I have no idea about the differences. Why this question, is it because you have a unit which is tested according to EN55022:1987 and you wondering if it fulfils the 1994 version ?
For CE-marking of Information Technology Equipment you can use EN55022:1994 or EN55022:1998 without any involvement of a notified body.
