If cost is not a big factor, try contacting Sunol in California. The contact I
have is Dale Guthery at (925) 485-9260 (but I haven't talked to them in several
years).  I know a few years ago the were selling EMC test tables based on a
design of ours which had wheels that could be easily removed once you rolled the
table into place.  I understood they were expensive but very nice tables.

I may be missing the point, but my thoughts are drawn to roto-moulded patio 
furniture of the kind one can purchase in DIY and other major chain stores.....
