The MFJ-259B is available from MFJ Enterprises, a ham radio accessory company. The nick name for MFJ is "Mighty Fine Junk". Autek also makes a similar device although I haven't tried one. The MFJ-259B SWR analyzer is basically a handheld impedance meter. It's also good for checking the input Z of Bicons and such.
