Peter,

We have heard that as long as the power supply is tested according to IEC950
2nd ed. and holds an UL recognition , the only thing to check was that some
capacitors are certified according to the latest version of the applicable
standard. If everything OK, our final product can be certified according to
UL 60950 3rd ed even with an UL1950 2nd ed power supply.

Sound reasonable ?
