That depends on which standard has been applied to the wall wart. If the product and the wall wart are sold together, the combination must conform to EN 60065. > I am also interested in what EMC requirements apply, and whether the >emissions classification would class A or class B. The safety standard is EN 60065 and the EMC standards are EN 55103-1 and EN 55103-2.
