Greetings, It is my understanding that the WEEE and RoHS Directives are not New Approach Directives. What is the difference between New Approach Directives and other directives such as WEEE/RoHS?
In order to declare conformity to New Approach Directives, the manufacturer places the CE mark on the product and issues a Declaration of Conformity. How does a manufacturer declare compliance to the WEEE/RoHS? As always, your responses are appreciated.
