Amund, No, you have received bad information. You need only repeat hose test affected by the change.
If you have an intentional radiator that was approved under Part 15 Subpart C and all you want to do is add an additional antenna, all you need to do is show compliance of the radio antenna combination to the radiated spurious requirements in the restricted bands of 15.205 and file that data with the FCC via a class II permissive change. In fact, if the antenna is of the same type an of equal or lesser gain than one already approved, no testing should be required, and a simple letter report will suffice. If your TCB gave you this information, you should re-consider your TCB of choice.
