Greetings all,

I am checking into the idea of using a voltage probe as described in CISPR 16
and EN 55011 when an artificial mains is not possible. I seem to remember
mention of one called a "Taskov probe" at one of the EMC labs I've visited in
years past. I'm not sure about the spelling of the name. It was simply the
capacitor and resistor found in a standard LISN and packaged in a copper pipe
with a BNC connector off the back..

Can anyone tell me where this name Taskov originated? Is it a brand name?

thanks,

-doug
