Alex, I don't believe there is a requirement. n the US automotive products are explicitly exempt from FCC Part 15 rules under section 15.103 Exempt Devices; "a) A digital device utilized exclusively in any transportation vehicle including motor vehicles and aircraft."
Comliance with Part 15 is advised though and you have that........
