Peter Unfortunately, I cannot immediately answer your question on document numbering, but I suspect that many documents have been numbered over the years (just like the Australian standards - anyone remember ASC 100 etc!!), and in this case the document you mention has actually been reissued as 91-0605 (which meant that it was revised and reissued in 1991).
I can't investigate all of them (we sell far too many!) but I will try to find out the new numbers for all of the parts of this particular set of documents.
